Many people want to write a book, don’t know where to start, or have imposter syndrome, and are stuck as a result. I’ve been there and know how to
get unstuck and published!
If you're not ready to write your own book, being a co-author is an exhilarating way of becoming a published author.
>> SCROLL DOWN TO READ ABOUT ACTIVE BOOK PROJECTS <<
DON'T HAVE A GROUP OF PEERS YOU WANT TO PULL A BOOK TOGETHER WITH? That's okay because I am always looking for interested authors who want to join a multi-authored book project that I am initiating.
Sometimes, a book starts with a theme and I look for chapter contributors; other times, a book's theme comes together from topic suggestions or chapter ideas.
Contributing to a multi-authored book has some serious long-term benefits compared to press releases that disappear almost as soon as they’re sent out.
A book can potentially earn you additional income from new clients, speaking engagements, and contract or consulting jobs, along with these benefits: 1) It establishes expertise. 2) It sets you apart. 3) It can open doors. 4) It can bring new business. 5) It is a great marketing tool.
What's included – One chapter authored by you (2500-4000 words); chapter template and writing guide; photo and bio to appear on the final page of your chapter; writing coaching and support; professional editing and publishing services; Amazon publication of the book; product copies and additional inventory for purchase; marketing and public relations coaching; and more.
You do not have to be an established writer to be a co-author and share your story. Whether you have written before or not, your chapter will be professionally edited so that your message comes across in the best way possible while staying true to your voice.
We have a Facebook authors group and hub, where you will receive guidance along the author journey and be provided with book branding materials to use so that you will have social media and website content.
We will set you up with your personalized podcast one-sheet so you’re prepared to apply to podcasts and other media to talk about your professional experience and chapter from the book.
Your author journey will most likely become an experience that will bring clarity on what you offer clients and how you can grow your offer moving forward.
You will be connected with a group of like-minded professionals with similar visions and missions who you may get to know on a deeper level after this project. Some of our co-authors have gone on to collaborate on other projects or written solo books!
Investment – There is a financial investment per author. There is lots of support and coaching throughout the process. We will discuss this during an interview.
Application Process – The application process starts with completing and submitting an application and then attending an interview via Zoom. After that conversation, if deemed suitable, detailed documents about a specific multi-authored book project with a theme related to your topic of interest will be sent to you.
If you'd like to join the project, complete the application form ASAP. This book has the capacity for nine (9) co-authors and will fill quickly with the published book and official online book launch not too far in the future!

“I was very impressed working with Tamelynda on completing my book. She did a wonderful job of editing, including rewriting and restructuring sentences and making suggestions that not only made sense but enhanced the reader’s experience. She is dedicated to the process and goes the extra mile and it shows in the reviews the book is receiving. When you work with Tamelynda you get more than a book editor, you get a writing advisor. I look forward to working with her on future projects.” ~ W.T. Hamilton, author of The Promise (Amazon)
Update 2021 . . .
"So grateful to announce that my book, The Promise won another award! This means a lot to me because I really stepped out of my comfort zone and took some big risks in the way I wrote this book.
I had a vision of how I wanted it to be and I followed through with it. I want to thank Tamelynda Lux for editing this book." W.T. Hamilton, author of The Promise (Amazon)
Stay tuned for author experiences.
Writing started as a therapeutic process when I published my first book in 2015. Then it became a creative outlet for me and has evolved into a bigger interest and passion than I ever thought possible.
